The purpose of this site www.padrepardo.org is to give a photograpic impression of Christian Art as found in churches dating from visigothic times to baroque times, that is, from around 500 AD to 1600 AD. The churches of the photo's of this site can be found in France and Spain. The idea is to bring certain items together in one chapter as is already done with church windows. A rough time scheme :
